TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

Payments

​

We accept cash, checks, Paypal, and Credit cards. Payment is due once you agree and sign the quote that was made. If you are local and want to pay in person, please reach out to schedule a time to do so. We will not start your order until we get the payment in full unless we arrange other plans with you. If we do arrange other plans and the order is complete and not paid within 30 business days an additional charge will apply. 

 

Business hours 

​

We are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday are upon request. Please call or email if you would like to schedule a time to meet. 

excluding all national and federal holidays.

 

Artwork

​

All files must be vector format or DST for embroidery. Design should be sized to the size it should be printed or embroidered. We are not responsible for poor quality artwork. We try our very best to catch any errors with the quality of the artwork before we start the job. If you need your files turned into vector or DST files, please let us know and additional changes will be added to the invoice. 

 

Minimums

​

We currently have a 12 hat minimum on ALL types of hats.

 

Approvals

 

CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing will proceed with your order once we receive the sign quotes and the full payment. We are not responsible for any typing mistakes or errors that are overlooked. It is very important to carefully look over the quotes before signing.

 

Color matching

​

All colors in a design will be matched to the closest in-house color. If we do not have a color close enough, we will notify you of the colors we have and if we need to order additional charges may be added. 

 

Turn around time

​

Turnaround time on orders will begin once full payment has been received for your order and all the artwork files have been received and up to standards. All turnaround times are based on business days and office hours. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST excluding all national and federal holidays. In addition, turnaround time includes, printing, cutting, stitching and does not include mailing or shipping transit times. Please make sure you add additional business days for shipping. 

 

Shipping

​

Shipping is not included in quotes unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

 

Receiving your order

​

We highly encourage you to check your entire order immediately. CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing will not be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless conducted within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Cancellation or Refunds

​

CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing do not accept cancellations or refunds. 

 

Delivery

​

CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing does not do local delivery. We will reach out when your order is ready, and we can schedule a time for pick up within business hours. 

 

Pick-up orders

​

Pick-up orders will be kept for 14 days from the delivery of the pick-up notification. If the order has not been picked up after the 14th day, CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing will ship directly to the customer and the customer will be billed for shipping charges. 

 

Tax

​

CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing is in Washington and will be adding Washington tax unless you are tax exempt. Please email your tax exempt paper to Comfyblanketcompany@gmail.com after you have filled the quote out. Please let us know you emailed us the paper in the note section

 

Rush orders

​

We know there are occasions that you need your apparel sooner than 10-14 days and we strive to make sure we can make that happen. There may be an additional charge for rush orders. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and/or freight charges. For local orders, additional rush charges may be added to the invoice as well as any rush shipping if we need to order. CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing will not be responsible or guarantee production, shipping or delivery times on rush orders. 

 

Pricing

​

Pricing of products change all the time. We have the right to make any needed adjustments to reflect the prices of items needed for your order. You will be notified.  

 

Customer Supplied Apparel

​

CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing can and will embroider and print customer supplied garments. However, there is a chance that our machines can malfunction therefore we cannot be responsible for anything that happens to the garments. We are not responsible if you have a washed or used item and it has a reaction when pressed. We will not replace customer-supplied garments. We will take the best possible care of your items, but they are machines, and they can malfunction!

 

Copyright and Trademark

​

All customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted items, a customer MUST have written permission from the owner of the logo or trademark or copyright, or be an employee or authorized agent or affiliate of the owner. A customer may NOT use any logo or other graphic material in a manner which may infringe copyright. A customer also may NOT use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner. CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark or copyrighted items. CBC- Custom Embroidery and Printing shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through
